The Ski Resort
The SnowWorld Terneuzen opened its doors in October 2012. It is the perfect place to prepare for an upcoming ski trip on one of the ski centre’s two easy slopes totalling 300 metre in length. No less than three lifts are on hand to carry skiers back up the hill from the bottom.
The former Skidome is also home to a ski school, absolute beginners have the chance to make their first turns and learn the ropes here from qualified instructors. The resident terrain park also provides a real challenge for experienced snowboarders and freestyle skiers thanks to its array of rails and jumps. The highlight in Terneuzen is undoubtedly the big airbag jump which allows you to try out new tricks without fear of injury.
Although the ski centre is open 365 days a year, the summer opening hours can be somewhat shorter!

Getting here
By car: Terneuzen is located in the south-west of the Netherlands close to the border with Belgium. Ghent is only around 35 km away. From there you should head north on the R4. On crossing the border, the road becomes the N62. Follow this road until the Industrieweg/N686 exit, where you first turn left onto the N686 and then right again onto Sasweg. Then follow Koegorsstraat until you reach the SnowWorld.
