The appartement is located in the first floor of our 2009 built house.It is opposite of the skiarea Hochzillertal/Höchfügen.In three comfortable sleeping-rooms and two luxury bathrooms you will find rest and relaxation.The cosy eating area is beside the well equiped open kitchen.In the living you will find a sat-TV as well as a library, a lot of games for kids and adults and a free internet-access.A pull-out sofa presents two more possibilities for sleeping.
In the evening, when the valley is alredy in the shade, you will enjoy the big terrace with beautiful view in the valley and over the mountains.The appartement is heated with underffloor heating, a accommodation-ventilation provides agreeable atmosphere.
In the basement you find an underground car park, place for skis
and a room for the ski boots with boot-heating.The elevator brings you directly to the appartement.The skibus stops in front of the house and brings you to the cable-station Hochzillertal (10 minutes).
You have the possibility to get fresh rolls in the morning.
