Our 94 m² holiday apartment with a balcony to the South, East and West offers space for max. 8 people and a baby.

It is made of:
*a double room with shower/WC/hair dryer
*two double rooms
*a shower with double sink/hair dryer
*a separat toilet
*two radio alarms
*a cloakroom
*a safe
and
* a 25 m² eat-in kitchen with cozy corner bench, wall unit, satellite TV and 2 pull out sofas (usable as cots).
 
The new kitchen corner is equipped with toaster, oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic range, water cooker, refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave and all dishes.
 
If you need we can take a babybed and a babychair into the apartment. Please tell us how old the childrens are. Bed sheets, towels will be provided for the length of your stay. W-Lan is in the house (please take your laptop).
 
The holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment (you can smoke on the balcony whenever  you like) and pets are not allowed.

In the cellar you will find a lockable room with a ski shoe dryer. Parking spaces are available to our guests.

The stop for the free ski bus to the Zillertal Arena (next skiing arena) is located 30 meters away, the stop for the free ski bus to the skiing arenas of Mayrhofen is located 300 meters away.
