Welcome in my holiday house

Our house is situated in the part Zirkitzen, 1250 m high, on a sunny and quiet slope.It is an ideal place for
- INDIVIDUALISTS who want to live in peace (only one flat being let ) 
- for NATURE-LOVERS who want to live in the middle of green, but may reach the facilities of the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim within five minutes by car 
- for HIKERS who can set off to wonderful trips into the Nockberge right from our house 
- for CHILDREN who will find a tree-house, a swing, playing-ground, table-tennis and a lot of unspoilt nature and particularly 
- for THOSE DOING WINTERSPORTS.They can reach the Kaiserburg-cable car and the cross country skiing  track within a few minutes by car

The flat comprises 70 m2 plus 25 m2 balcony. It consists of two bedrooms ( one with a double bed, the other one with two single beds), a living room with tilted stove and a sofa sleeping two, small very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, 4-flames-stove.
