The Cross-Country Area
Breckenridge Nordic Center offers its guests 570 hectares (350 acres) of cross-country opportunities. Thanks to its high altitude, the season here lasts from mid November to the end of April - the longest in the state of Colorado!
Eleven trails can be found in the area, covering all difficulty levels from easy to expert. 6 miles of trail are suited for beginners, while 15 miles are designed for cross-country skiers of intermediate skill levels and 12 miles are very difficult. Five trails are even suited for dogs.
Cross-country lessons are offered four times a day and can be booked online or at the ski area. An equipment rental service is available as well.

Dining along the Tracks
The lodge at the Nordic Center serves homecooked meals and hot beverages. Guests can warm themselves after an exhausting day on the trails while enjoying the panorama view and cozy atmosphere.
Getting Here
Breckenridge Nordic Center is located in the heart of Colorado, about one and a half hours away from Denver. The snow sport center is half a mile behind Shock Hill Bridge on Ski Hill Road. Here, turn right onto North Grandview Drive. The parking spaces are free!
If you're arriving by shuttle bus, ask your driver for the stop at Breckenridge Nordic Center.
