The Hotel
We have 3 apartments available for 2 to 6 people with one or two bedrooms. They all have kitchen/lounge area with double sleeping couch, bedrooms are with 1 double bed as well as 2 single beds and bathroom with shower/WC. Each apartment has its own private entrance and one parking spot on the premises.
equipped with: towels and bedsheets, free wifi Internet connection, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, dishes and cooking utensils, 4 ring ceramic hob, kettle and toaster, flatscreen TV with cable connection, sofa also sleeping couch for 2 people. No smoking apartments!
Additional service for our house guests is delivery of fresh bread rolls in the mornings - also Sundays. You just order the evening before and then enjoy lovely fresh bread rolls for your breakfast.
Rooms
All our bedrooms have very comfortable matresses for a good night's sleep, there are no footboards and the bedsheets are 100 % cotton.

The Arlberg ski area is officially the largest ski resort in Austria.
A total of 88 state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts offer the highest standard of safety and comfort. Arlberg has made a name for itself since 1937, the year the Galzigbahn opened. 305 kilometres of marked ski runs, superbly prepared slopes for all ability levels, 200 km of off-piste terrain ensure variety and enjoyment. We have everything from challenging steep slopes and powder-snow ski runs to snowboard fun parks, carving areas, permanent racing circuits and numerous cosy meeting places.
Activities
We offer guided snow shoe walks for our house guests and we will show you a wonderful winter landscape away from all the hussle and bussle of the ski slopes.

Ask at the reception for our tailor made walks. If you are interested just a couple of hours, a day's walks or even one of our popular walks with head torch in the evening... we are sure we'll find something for everybody!
Jules and Helene are both fully qualified walking guides and love to take you for a time-out.

Check out our kid's corner near the skiroom. There is an excellent selection of toys for every age and also many English books...

Getting here
from direction Innsbruck/Landeck:
take the excit Flirsch - pass the villages Flirsch and Schnann - take first excit into the village Pettneu at the chapel St. Sebastian - about 300 m slightly uphill till the junction - sharp right not up the hill - about 500 m along until the next bend and just keep going straight ahead - you will see the yellow house already - HAUS APERIES!
from direction Arlberg tunnel/St. Anton:
after the Arlberg tunnel take the excit Pettneu - over the Rosanna bridge up into the village to the church - carry on through the centre until the restaurant "Gasthof Traube" on your right - a little bit further and you reach a junction - take the second turn off on the left - about 500 m along until the next bend and just keep going straight ahead - you will see the yellow house already - HAUS APERIES!
