The apartment building is ideally situated in the centre of Kaprun in easy walk distance of about 50 meters to supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, indoor swimming pool and all other amenities as well as the free "Ski-Bus", route to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and nearby Zell am See.
The apartments offer special facilities for skiers, snowboards and bikers. Ski equipment can be stored and ski boots can be dried with boot dryers
