The Hotel
The design hotel DAS.GOLDBERG is located high above Bad Hofgastein, directly on the ski slope. Here you can not only start your skiing fun straight away, but also enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the Gastein Valley, the glacier and the Hohe Tauern National Park, the largest nature reserve in the Alps.
In addition to its location, the family-run five-star hotel is characterized by its extensive wellness and activity offerings. The extensive Nature's Nest spa area boasts a guaranteed free lounger per guest as well as a natural bathing lake with sandy beach, infinity pool, whirlpool, foam steam bath, various saunas and a spectacular gallery.
Furthermore, the culinary concept focuses almost exclusively on regional products from Austria and homemade food. The majority of the 65 generously proportioned studios and suites have a view of the valley.
In winter, DAS.GOLDBERG is the only hotel in the valley located directly on the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy 220 kilometers of slopes and 80 kilometers of cross-country ski trails without a car or shuttle. The nearby Schlossalmbahn cable car takes piste fans directly from the valley to the mountain station in the Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area without having to change.
E-bikes, e-scooters and an Audi e-tron are also available for hire for excursions in the surrounding area.
