Haus Patricia is a British family run quality Guesthouse offering B&B and 4 apartments, only minutes walk from the traffic free beautiful mountainous village of Lofer with its quaint shops, the ski lift, swimming pool, cosy restaurants, and pubs.
Lofer is only 35min from Salzburg airport and 1.45hrs from Munich. We run a mini bus transfer service from Salzburg airport.
The village of Lofer itself lies at just over 650m altitudes, the surrounding Steinberge mountains, are an accessible range of peaks of around 2500m.
Lofer is a snow-secure, family-friendly and budget-priced ski resort, offering 58 km of perfectly prepared pistes or boundless off piste skiing in powder snow, 50 snow cannons providing complete coverage.Excellent ski schools and children´s ski clubs with experienced instructors.
The ski lift is only a 5-minute walk from Haus Patricia or there is a small ski bus that passes the house. 80 km cross-country ski trails with 6km of high altitude tracks in the Lofer Alm where the snow is practically guaranteed accessible via the cable car

There is a bus stop 100m from Haus Patricia to Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, Saalfelden ,Zell am See, St Johann in Tirol and Kitzbuhel

There are also natural ice-skating rinks, ice curling, and toboggan runs. For a romantic treat take a Sleigh ride across the beautiful snowy landscape.

Hiking in the Salzburger mountains is an experience all of it´s own, you will find that most of the walks start directly at your front door. There are 80Km of walking paths, with a further 300km of scenic hiking tracks for either a leisurely stroll or an ambitious climb with FREE cable car pass to the higher trails.
