They offer every comfort, like bathroom with shower or tub, toilet, nice seating area or desk, flatscreen TV, cettle and internet connection for free.

The location is ideal - around the corner of the ski lifts in winter and around the corner of the lake in summer - only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of Zell am See.

We have our own private car - park. Of course it´s for free.
