Our double bedrooms “Rauchenberg” have the ideal atmosphere for feeling well. The rooms providing about 25sqms are cosy and comfortable right for relaxation. From the balcony you enjoy the unique panorama over the valley "Salzburger Saalachtal".

Our rooms are equipped with shower and WC, hair-dryer, cable-TV, radio, a small place to sit, your own balcony, a lounge, free W-LAN and a safe. There's plenty of space for deckchairs or sun beds either in the garden or close to our terrace. Parking area is provided.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The apartment "Salzburgblick" (for 4 persons/about 65sqms) offers a wonderful view from the balcony over the unique valley "Salzburger Saalachtal" and a cosy atmosphere for relaxing with your family.
It consists of a living-room, a kitchen, one bedroom for parents and one for children, a bathroom with shower and WC, one separate WC, a small room at the entrance and balcony.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a stove (4 burners) with oven, cable-TV, radio, dishes, free W-LAN, a safe as well as bed linen and towels.
Enjoy our garden with the sun beds and the sun terrace. Our house has its own car park.

The apartment "Steinberge" (for 2 persons/about 40sqms) offers a living-room combined with a small kitchen, a sleeping-room, a bathroom with shower and WC, a small hall at the entrance, balcony, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a stove (4 burners) with oven, cable-TV, radio, dishes, free W-LAN, a safe as well as bed linen and towels.
From the apartment you can admire the view at the mountains “ Loferer Steinberge” (Reifhorn) to get a close touch to nature.
Garden, sun beds, sun terrace and car park complete our offer for good relaxation in our apartment with cosy atmosphere.

The Loferer Alm with her snow covered slopes, and a downhill run guaranteeing ski fun for the entire family. The little ones will learn the art that is skiing in the kid's world and at the ski schools. But also wandering down the cleared winter hiking paths, making a trip in a horse drawn sleigh, a torch tour, enjoy cross country skiing or a snowshoe hike, or perhaps a game of ice stock will show winter of it's best side.
And for those not interested in winter sports there are many trips to for example the Rupertustherme in Bad Reichenhall or Salzburg with all it's sights and attractions.

The movie village Lofer, set in nature. You take the leading role. Meadows, alpine pastures and mountains create a special stage. The environment, the large amount of activities and culture in the region, provide an unique holiday experience. Lofer, in the heart of the Saalachtal offers relaxing recreation as well as sportive adventure.
Numerous hiking and bicycle paths, mountain tours to the Loferer and Reither Steinbergen, minigolf and Rafting on the world championship track 'der Saalach', golfcourse in direct surrounding, are just few of the activities available.

Many events and parties offer variety. The folklore and market fests are special experiences. The weekly concert of the music chapel is a meeting point for many residents and guests. Numerous sights and landmarks in the region are waiting to be discovered, for example Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel and many more. We will gladly offer advice!

During the summer months the Tourism Association offers plenty of fun with the Kaserasi- Children’s Program. From Monday to Friday the children are offered a large variety of adventure activities.

Bicycle tours with / for the entire family, hiking tours in the Alpine region, fun in the swimming pool or at the nearby summer sledge-run or various activities in the children’s clubs perfectly round-off your family summer vacation. During wintertime sledge rides in the evening, hiking tours through the snow covered landscape or a visit to one of the numerous adventure parks invite you to embark on a trip with the entire family!

From the guesthouse with a wonderful view over the valley Saalzburger Saalachtal it will take you just a few minutes’ walk to get right into the picturesque village centre of Lofer. You and your family will await
