The Ski Resort
Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is a family owned and operated resort. It was founded by Harold and Luella Seeholzer in 1939. It is still run by their offsprings. This gives a very personal touch to the resort. The Seeholzer family is always eager to please everyone coming to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort.
If you want to be the first on the trails in the morning you may book the yurt next to the trails. It is heated and may also be booked for parties.
Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is a resort for the whole family. It offers a variety of trails of which most are beginner and intermediate runs.
Beginners may attend skiing and snowboarding lessons at the local ski school to expand on their abilities. Instructors are carefully selected and will patiently help you with your first steps. There is a variety of programs you can choose from. Women may enjoy the Wild Ladies´ Specialty Clinics.
Another specialty of Beaver Mountain is the annual Beaver Bash with Pond Skimming and a Box Car Derby.
