The Ski Resort
In the French département of Haute-Savoi, the Hirmentaz-Les Habères ski resort is located in the municipality of Bellevaux. With 43 different pistes, there is something for beginners and professionals alike.
The majority of the slopes are marked in blue or red. Green slopes for beginners are mainly in the valley area of Hirmentaz, e.g. Le Perry, Les Marmottes or Le Palet Roulant. Ambitious skiers take the Les Rhodos chairlift to the highest point of the ski area at 1610 metres. Several red pistes (Hirmentaz, Pin Sylvestre and Les Airelles) and the black Les Rhodos start here. Those with less experience will not have to miss the view, as the blue Les Ouergnes runway also descends from the summit.
