Carezza has a lot to offer for beginners. After all, a little more than half of the kilometers of slopes are marked blue. Beginners can easily start anywhere and experience the entire area from Welschnofen to the Karer Pass.
However, the higher altitudes of the ski area are reserved exclusively for experienced winter sports enthusiasts, as the slopes there are steeper and accordingly belong to the red or black category. If you want to go up to Laurin's Lounge as a beginner, you should rather take the gondola back to the middle station. There you will find blue slopes again.
Ski and snowboard courses are offered by both the Carezza Ski School and the Vigo di Fassa Ski School. The courses are available for different languages, including German, Italian, English and French. For children, to practice their first turns, the children's parks, which are well distributed in the ski area, are ideal.
