The Ski Resort
Discovery Ski Area is very special as it can offer various terrain. Strictly speaking Discovery has three faces: On the front it is a blend of gently sloping runs and perfectly groomed cruisers for more advanced skiers and snowboarders. Off the Granite Chair, however, you´ll find more steeper groomed runs and mogul skiing. On the backside you´ll get deep powder snow. It´s like heli-skiing without the helicopter! Hence, this is the perfect mountain for everyone no matter what preferences you may have.
Moreover, there is a terrain park. Features vary in sizes so everyone can have fun here. If freestyle is new to you you can take some lessons at the Snow Sports School.
