The Ski Resort
The Eck winter sports centre is located in the Lamer Winkel climatic spa region, directly on the edge of the Bavarian Forest National Park. The skiing area at mount Riedelstein offers slopes for all levels of ability. Two T-bar lifts transport the guests, one of which is an extra beginner's lift for the smallest visitors.
Beginners practice on the 1,250m long blue marked family run. There is also a special children's slope for young skiers.. The local ski school helps with the first turns in the snow.
The Standardabfahrt run at Riedelstein is a 1,100m long red marked piste. Professionals prove themselves on the black marked steep slope, because the 1km long track offers the ideal opportunity to go to your limits. The Waldpiste run is also highly recommended. Here, winter sports enthusiasts ski through the snow-covered winter landscape without having to forego well-prepared slopes.
Snowboarders and freestylers can let off steam in the fun park, which was only extended in 2015 with a 1700m long boarder cross.
