The Ski Resort
Forni di sopra is a small village situated just in the heart of the Furlan Dolomites. The village´s unique beauty makes you feel the atmosphere of a fairy tale.
Forni di Sopra´s altitude of 900 meters guarantees excellent snow conditions during the season. There are two ski resorts belonging to Forni di Sopra: Davost and Varmost. Davost, the lower resort, is adressed to beginners whereas Varmost (reaching up to 2073 meters) will challenge more experienced skiers.
All the slopes are equipped with modern snow cannons to ensure safe snow conditions throughout the season. Those who enjoy cross-country skiing will find 13 kilometers of cross-country ski trails. Apart from the skiing possibilities there is the new Fantasy Snow Park, an ice-rink and a slalom course. An indoor swimming pool and a thermal bath will help you relax after an exciting day.
