The Ski Resort
Five lifts, four rope tows and a platter lift, service an incredible 500 hectares of terrain - namely the learners' area, Meadow, Shirt Front, South Slope, Happy Valley, North Slope, and North Basin - with a vertical drop of 580m.
Expert Skiing and Snowboarding
While the Platter serves the lower Meadow slope and the learners' area, the Meadow and Tasman rope tows offer a large area of both groomed and off-piste skiing. Apex tow is your lift of choice when it comes to exploring the hidden gems of Fox Peak, the North and South Basins. The latter, the Chute, the ski touring area, and the peak ascent are un-patrolled areas within the ski resort.
Suited for Beginners
The beginner area is perfectly groomed and excellent for fist-timers and novices. Feel free to bring a toboggan and speed down the purpose-built slope. Shirt Front is great for advanced skiers looking for steep, fast, and challenging runs, while the Meadow caters for intermediate skiers and boarders. As its name implies, Happy Valley is home to the mountain's best snow conditions with sunny days en masse and soft powder.
Accommodation Lodge
The ski resort's on-mountain accommodation sits below the base area, halfway up the mountain access road. Fox Lodge offers five bunk rooms for a total of 40 snow addicts. Hot water showers, flush toilets, a laundry room, drying room and a dining room with a kitchen with gas appliances as well as an outdoor gas BBQ is what you get here.
