The Ski Resort
The small Galdhoppigen ski area is only open in summer and is located on the 2469-metre-high Galdhoppigen, which is considered the highest mountain in Scandinavia. The 2-kilometre-long slope stretches along the glacier at an altitude of up to 2200 metres. A drag lift takes you up to the top station. The very wide run is divided into 25 narrower slopes. In July, there is a park to the left of the slopes and even a freestyle area to the right if conditions are good enough.
