The Ski Resort
The small but beautiful ski area Grainet is located in the middle of the Bavarian Forest at an altitude of 600 to 1,167 meters. Skiers and snowboarders are transported to the top by the 600 metre long double T-bar lift. If necessary, the piste can also be artificially snowed in, so that the winter pleasure does not have to be cancelled even if the snowfall is delayed.
The red marked ski slope is suitable for advanced skiers as well as for sporty skiers and snowboarders who want to practice a little before their winter holiday in larger ski areas or the Alps. In addition, the slope has an electronic timing system and is therefore also well suited for ski and club races.
On Wednesdays and Fridays there is the possibility for night skiing from 19 to 22 o'clock. Then the ski slope is illuminated by floodlights and the fun on the slopes is enhanced by musical entertainment.
