The Ski Resort
Hilltop Ski Area is owned and operated by the non-profit organization Youth Exploring Adventure, Inc. that is dedicated to providing recreational programs for Anchorage youth. It covers a terrain of over 12 hectares that is served by two surface lifts and one chair lift. The trails are mostly of easyiest difficulty. Thus, it is a perfect place for beginners and families or people who like gentle trails. The ski schook offers a variety of programs including a Telemark and a freestyle starter program for those who want to try their first steps in the terrain park. Furthermore, there is a Nordic trail system available that totals 44 km. Glide through the scenic winter landscape of Alaska end enjoy pure nature! Another specialty of Hilltop Ski Area are its 3 Ski Jumps that range from 15 to 60 meters.
