The Ski Resort
The Stinesser lifts in Fischen offer a skiing and tobogganing experience day and night. The small ski area is located directly on the outskirts of the village and is particularly suitable for beginners and families. For the first swings it is best to take the blue slope at the Buckelwiesen lift. If you are more advanced, you can switch to the red run at the Stinesserlift. There, for the more daring, there is also an unprepared "wild downhill run". Between the blue and red slopes is the ski school area with a children's lift and a magic carpet for the little ones. By the way: guests in Fischen with the AllgäuWalserCard use the lifts free of charge during the day!
In the area of the Hörnerdorfer in the Allgäu there are four more skiing areas besides the lifts in Fischen. These are considerably larger and are located in Bolsterlang, Balderschwang, Ofterschwang and Grasgehren.
