The Ski Resort
The Kellerjochbahn was one of the first mountain lifts in Tyrol. Away from the large Tyrolean ski areas, the area convinces with its tranquillity. As there are no masses on the Kellerjoch, all winter sports enthusiasts can really enjoy the ride on the sunny slopes of the Kellerjoch.
The best way to admire the fantastic mountain view is to stop at the Berghaus Hecher. The double chair lift takes you directly to the house. Skiers can choose between the blue family run or the red sports run at the Kellerjoch. Or how about the demanding downhill of the "Waizer-Piste"?
The Kellerjoch is the local mountain of Schwaz, a community of around 13,000 inhabitants with a medieval flair.
