El Dorado for Expert Skiing

Plenty of steep slopes, marked black-diamons trails in and above the trees, countless black moguls and powder runs is what to expect when heading to Lake Louise for expert skiing. Get your fix of steeps and chutes that will take your breath away, leaving no expert skier unsatisfied.

When groomed, the Men's and Ladies' Downhill black runs are your go-to on the lower half of the mountain. Recommendable for both intermediate and expert skiers is Boomerang Bowl and Boomerang trail with wide, open slopes. Paradise Bowl and Eagle Ridge on the Back Side are also quite popular. They offer endless variants which are ranging from steep single diamons to extremely challenging double diamonds.

There are only few ski resorts that offer as much variety and choice as does Lake Louise. The somewhat outdated lifts are not of further interest, as the focus here is on the skiing experience itself – which is successfully accomplished!
