The Ski Resort
The small ski area Mauth is located in the Reschbachtal in the Bavarian Forest and offers 500 meters of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,100 metres. The T-bar lift in Mauth is particularly suitable for children and beginners' first attempts at skiing.

The Mauth-Finsterau cross-country skiing centre offers a total of 13 trails for classic cross-country skiing or skating. You can run on your cross-country skis through the snowy winter landscape of the Bavarian Forest and enjoy nature in the romantic Reschbach Valley. Especially the Dreikönigsloipe is a real highlight.

Getting here
To get to Mauth, leave the A3 motorway at exit 114-Aicha before the forest. Turn left and drive towards Hutthurm and B12. On the B12 you drive to Freyung and take the third exit at the roundabout. After about 650 meters turn right at "Am Goldenen Steig". Via Freyunger Straße you will reach the centre of Mauth.
