The Ski Resort
In Kagura, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy three ski resorts at once. From Naeba, you can reach the large ski resort in about 20 minutes with the Dragondola. From Tashiro or Mitsumata, large cable cars are available to take skiers and snowboarders to the slopes. Since the Kagura resort is located in the center of the area, it connects the entire resort. Kagura offers a large variety of ski runs, ranging from family-freindly to expert-level. There are shuttle buses available, connecting the stations of Mitsumata, Tashiro and Naeba Prince Hotel. They can be used for free with the "All Mount Naeba" ticket. Together with the Naeba resort, Mitsumata/Kagura/Tashiro is Japan's largest coherent ski resort.
