Mt Holiday Ski Area

Mt Holiday is a lovely little ski area run by a non-profit organization in northern Michigan. It offers 16 hectares of skiable terrain with 14 trails designed for different levels of ability. The amount of beginner, intermediate and expert runs is almost balanced with slightly more intermediate runs. Hence, it is a great area for the entire family. You can get lessons at the Snowsports School where learners of all ages and ability levels are welcome. Moreover, there are two scholarships available that aim at giving children the opportunity to learn to ski or ride regardless of their social status. The scholarship includes rentals, lift ticket and 3 lessons. Mt Holiday also has a Terrain Park. It already got its Half Pipe back in 1985 being the first one in Michigan. While at Mt Holiday you shouldn´t miss snowtubing! Get on your tube and slide down the hill. The tube lift will conveniently bring you back for your next run!
