The Ski Resort
Mt Peter Ski Area is located close to New York in the Hudson Valley. It is widely known for its family atmosphere and its Free Beginner Ski and Snowboard School. You only have to purchase the lift ticket, the lesson is free! Of course, the Mountain School offers further lessons for learners of all ages. Existing since 1936 generations have learned to ski and ride at Mt Peter. You´ll find 24 hectares skiable terrain that is perfectly groomed. Choose from 11 trails designed for all levels of ability. The amount of beginner, intermediate and expert runs is fairly balanced. There is also a Terrain Park available where you can practice some tricks and advance. Take a break and relax for a while at Pete´s Place Tavern. Enjoy a soup or a hot drink in between runs and gain some new strength to make your day on the mountain a perfect one.
