Mt Shasta Ski Park is located approximately 100 km north of Redding, California. It is a full service ski area and the perfect place to ski for families. There´s something for everyone and you´ll get all this at affordable prices. Mt Shasta Ski Park has 172 hectares of skiable terrain catering to all levels of ability. Above all it is known for its wide cruisers and its great powder.
Yet, even when mother nature isn´t willing to treat us with sufficient snowfall you don´t have to worry as Mt Shasta has a great snowmaking system that is able to cover the area with fresh white snow. Trick riders and those who want to become one listen up! You can access 3 Terrain Parks and one Half Pipe. They are full of great features and each park is designed for a different ability level. Besides the usual ski and snowboard programs you can also get some Free Style Park ´n´ Pipe lessons at the Learning Center! Furthermore, you also can take Telemark lessons. Free your heels and get a whole new skiing experience!
The Nordic Center offers 25 km of groomed trails. Get on your skis and discover the beautiful landscape around Mt Shasta. In addition, there are uncountable ungroomed backcountry trails. Here you can discover untouched nature!
