Off-piste fun at the "Jupiter Lift"

At first glance the resort might seem slightly disappointing to the very skilled among skiers. The rather gentle terrain visible from the “Legaca Lodge” base however is not representative of Park City. Skilled skiers find an abundance of adequate trails once they leave the beginner friendly “Payday / Town Mountainzone subarea behind and take the “Payday” sextuple chair and then the “Bonanza” chair to the remoter areas “Mc Conkey`s”, “Jupiter” or “Thaynes / Motherload”. Whereas “Jupiter” features predominantly challenging ungroomed terrain, “Thaynes / Motherload” boasts some excellent cruising trails like "The Hoist", "Thaynes", "Double Jack" or "Glory Hole". And when you slowly return to the base in the afternoon don’t forget to visit the “Eagle Race Arena” at the “Eagle Lift” (see trail map).
