The Ski Resort
The family ski area in Rohr im Gebirge is located 80 kilometres from Vienna and offers winter sports enthusiasts a small but nice offer. A t-bar lift takes skiers up to the top station. From there it goes either over the 0.9 km long FIS slope or the 1.5 km red marked slopes down to the valley.
If you are still unsure on the boards, you can first practice on the Terller lift or children's lift. A total of 1.5 kilometres of blue pistes await you here.
A snow-making system always guarantees the best slope conditions and the night ski slope on Saturdays is popular with young and old. There is also a 15 km long cross-country ski trail.
The Restaurant Furtner at the bottom station of the lifts invites you to take a break. Here you can fortify yourself with homemade dishes whose ingredients come mainly from farmers and suppliers in the region.
