The Ski Resort
The Sandl Viehberg ski area is ideal for beginners. There are three easy slopes waiting for you, which are wide and have no big gradient. Three T-bar lifts bring you safely and comfortably to the slopes. Due to the easy slopes, the area has long been an insider tip for school classes and kindergarten groups. An extra children's lift is available for the very little ones. The kids learn the right technique at the Sandl ski school.
If you want to take a break, you can stop at the foot of the Viehberg in the Viehberg hut . Food and drinks provide the necessary refreshment while you can relax and enjoy the sun in the deckchairs.

From Linz take the A7 to Radingdorf. Then take the S10 via Neumarkt im Mühlkreis to Freistadt. There you take the B38 to Sandl. In Sandl turn left onto Liftstraße. Directly at the base station you will find a large parking lot.
