The Ski Resort
Only 10 minutes from Linz lies the small skiing area Kirchschlag. Here you will find everything that will delight the heart of winter sports. Well groomed slopes for skiers, obstacles and tables for freestylers as well as a kids area of the ski schools. The ski lifts Hauslift and Waldlift take you to the highest point of the ski area, where the race track starts. The Funpark is located in the lower area next to the lift. The Kinderland Muggidrom has its own baby lift.

- The vertical drop from summit to base is 150 m. The average difference in altitude between base and summit of Ski Resorts in Austria is 719 m. Runs and slopes are therefore relatively short. The ski resort takes you to an elevation of 900 m.

From Wednesday to Saturday the Kirchschlag lifts offer night skiing. Then the slopes will be floodlit until 9 pm.

After skiing you'll also find curling rinks as well as wide ploughed winter hiking trails that lead through the forest of the Breitenstein and give you a great view from the Schneeberg and Ötscher in Lower Austria to the Salzkammergut.

Kirchschlag lies about 10 km north of Linz. The B126 runs from Linz to Glasau. There you turn left and drive via Eben towards Kirchschlag near Linz.
