Unfriendly staff with slopes for beginners
Nice ski resort for families - especially ski beginners are in good hands here, however, the staff at the cashier, lift and refreshment is very unfriendly

Dear Andrea! We thank you for your feedback and can announce that we will open all lifts and slopes again this year - including the north lift with its 2km long run, which leads directly past the GH Winter. So nothing stands in the way of skiing fun on the Simonhöhe :)
