Ski Ben Eoin

Ski Ben Eoin is located around 25 minutes outside of Sydney in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. Offering a variety of trails, both alpine and cross country, ranging from beginner to advanced to expert, Ski Ben Eoin is complete with a chalet, a pub and pro shop, a repair shop, as well as breathtaking views of the Bras d'Or Lake.

Every year before the ski resort's season opening, the slopes of Ski Ben Eoin receive a constant dump of snow thanks to some thirty snowmaking machines, that are placed all over the mountain. The ski hill's origin dates back to 1968 when a group of skiers took their love for skiing to the hills of Ben Eoin.
