The Ski Resort
The ski area at the Holzmeisterliften offers perfectly groomed slopes. The wide and clear descents are perfect for carvers. As a snowboarder you can really let off steam in the Halfpipe! After an exhausting descent you can relax on the terrace of the Sommeralm.
Interesting facts
- The vertical drop from summit to base is 160 m. The average difference in altitude between base and summit of Ski Resorts in Austria is 720 m. Runs and slopes are therefore relatively short. The highest point of the track is 1,400 m above sea level.
- The day pass at Sommeralm Holzmeisterlifte is €27 making it one of the 10 cheapest ski Resorts in Styria.
- Average snow depth during the season is 43 cm at summit elevation and 30 cm at base elevation. Snow coverage is usually best during November, offering an average snow depth of 54 cm at summit elevation and 28 cm at the base.
- Sommeralm Holzmeisterlifte features 35 sunny days on average per season. The average for all ski Resorts in Austria is 37 sunny days. January is the sunniest month with an average of 16 sunny days.
