The Ski Resort
Strazne ski area is located in the heart of the Giant Mountains not far away from the popular place Spindlermühle. It is the ideal spot for everyone who likes it quiet and uncrowded but doesn´t want to abandon comfort. In recent years the ski area has invested in modern lifts. Strazne offers trails for all ability levels. Yet, it is still most recommendable for beginner and families as experts might get bored on the 500 meter most difficult run. However, the bigger ski resort Spindlermühle isn´t far away. Everyone else will love Strazne. There is a special slope for the little ones with their own lift so they can practice undisturbed. In addition, there is a snowpark where freestylers can show off their skills. About half of the trails can be blanketed with artificial snow. Strazne is also a wonderful place for Cross-Country skiers as they have access to more than 40 kilometers of tracks!
