The Ski Resort
Hidden within the valley of Schanfigg awaits you Tschiertschen, a commune of round 200 inhabitants, with cosy surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere.
For outdoor enthusiasts and any fan of wintersports, Tschiertschen emerges as a small paradies: Taking off from Chur, the commune may be reached within only 15 minutes. Upon arrival, you may use a costfree parking and busservice.
At the skilifts you will not be greeted by numerous other winter athletes as everyone evenly spreads across the four different lifts, making ascents without long queuing times possible.
The trails amount to a total of 27km and may pose the one or other challenge for you and your family: 5 easy, 3 intermediate and 2 advanced slopes provide you with diverse and well groomed trails. To enable your most precious ones to improve their abilities you may explore the practice slope with its own magic carpet lift.
Next to its numerous descents, Tschiertschen provides a number of other activities as well. A coasting slide may be enjoyed by the Young and the Old, whilst Snowshoeing tours or carriage rides will make your winterholiday complete.
