The Ski Resort
The lift is hosted by the Winter Sports Club (WSV) Rabenstein since 1971. Every thursday you can ski by night here. Take a break or have a beverage with some cake in the lodge "Liftstüberl".
Interesting facts
- The vertical drop from summit to base is 123 m. The average difference in altitude between base and summit of Ski Resorts in Germany is 214 m. Runs and slopes are therefore relatively short. The highest point of the track is 850 m above sea level.
- Snow coverage is usually best during February, offering an average snow depth of 39 cm at summit elevation and 11 cm at the base.
- Zwiesel Rabenstein features 19 sunny days on average per season. The average for all ski Resorts in Germany is 18 sunny days. February is the sunniest month with an average of 10 sunny days.
