Reaching a high near -18 °C, the weather in the south, east and west is going to be partly cloudy today. In the north, heavy snowfalls are predicted in the morning, whereas snowfalls are to ease in the noon and partial cloudiness is forecast. The day will be partly cloudy with sunny intervals. The snow line runs at approximately 1000m above sea level. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the northwest keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
