Stöckli Laser SL (Slalom Ski 2024/2025)

Product Summary

The Stöckli Laser SL's full retail price is 1.099 €. The Ski costs roughly 280 € more than the average price of all Slalom Skis, making it a real luxury Ski. Skilled skiers will enjoy both relaxed cruising and pushing the ski to its limit. This Slalom Ski definitely prefers groomers to powder runs. It is designed for perfect edge hold on-piste. Available lengths for the ski are ranging between 150 and 170cm. With a radius ranging from only 11 m to 14,50 m this ski is perfect for short turns and aggressive carving action.

The ski in details

Agile, fast and precise: the Laser SL is a ski for short, fast turns on the slopes.

Thanks to the new Carbon Power Turn technology, you feel even more acceleration at the end of the turn. Providing the precision you need for twisting descents, the harder racing sidewalls turn this ski into a real racing package. So off you go, show off your turning skills on the slopes.

Technologies

Size Optimized Construction
The construction of these models changes according to the length. The shorter lengths are typically made a little lighter and softer compared to the longer lengths. The aim is to provide an optimal match between the ski’s handling characteristics and the skier’s physique.

  • Perfectly matched construction whatever the length
  • The ski’s dynamics are adapted to the skier’s physique
  • Weight reduction at shorter lengths

Solid Metal Edge
Wider than conventional edges. This not only increases the service life of the ski, but also pays off in the rental/lending sector, where the equipment is subjected to particularly heavy use. A wider edge also makes the ski a little more stable.

  • Longer service life
  • Reduced susceptibility to damage
  • More grinding possible
  • Increased stability

Full Edge Contact
The widest points of the ski are set further forward or back. This makes the shovel grip faster and the part of the edge in contact with the snow when the ski is tilted becomes longer.

  • Easier, faster turn initiation
  • Improved grip in the turn due to the longer contact area

Flex Torsion Control
An S-shaped notch in the aluminum at the shovel and tail of the ski offers softer flex and torsion at the front and rear. As a result, the ski exhibits more torsional flex, making it easier to initiate turns. At the same time, when changing direction, the ski remains under control because the torsion can adapt.

  • Improved control when changing direction
  • Easier steering in and out of turns

Carbon Power Turn
Carbon strip inserts around the binding plate area underneath the wood core. Carbon fibers running lengthwise are tensioned during the initiation phase of the turn and release during the finish of the turn, effectively creating an extra explosive acceleration.

  • Stronger acceleration
  • Quicker edge switching
  • Improved agility

Racing Sidewalls Black
Phenol sidewalls with a harder resin plus carbon black, which leads to greater stability and a more direct power transfer.

  • Faster and more direct power transmission
  • Improved agility when switching edges
