Skiers who want to enjoy the slopes from sunrise to sunset without unnecessarily straining their energy reserves should take a closer look at the skis in the Ladies Allround category. They are well-balanced, easy to turn and focus on enjoyment and fun instead of high speed. Nevertheless, they will not make you bored. Find out how the women's all-round skis from the best-known manufacturers fared in the 2023/2024 WorldSkitest.
For long, enjoyable long days of skiing
In the Allround category, the focus is not on sporting ambition. That's why these skis are less aggressive than the high-performance models. Instead, it's all about having fun all day long on the slopes without falling into bed exhausted in the evening.
The Allround skis score with balanced riding comfort, easy control and turning ability. This makes them ideal for female skiers who are less concerned with highly athletic performance and more with effortless skiing pleasure. They are also a good choice for less experienced female skiers or those returning to the sport. In addition, they convince with their price-performance ratio.
Target group: less experienced and pleasure skiers
For the first time this year, the WorldSkitest took place in Poland, in the ski resort of Wisla. In changeable conditions, we were able to put the skiing characteristics through their paces.
Test winner: Völkl Flair 76 Elite
Clearly in the lead this year was the Völkl Flair 76 Elite. The technically sophisticated model is fun in every situation, whether in long or short turns, runs smoothly and can be skied without much effort. It was able to convince the testers all along the line and therefore just barely misses the mark "excellent" with 39.8 points. Further bonus: The Flair 76 Elite is the most affordable ski in this test series.
