Deep snow-covered mountain landscapes, three-thousand-metre peaks and ski areas with hundreds of kilometres of varied pistes are not to be found in the Netherlands. Instead, a different kind of skiing pleasure awaits you here, namely in ski halls.
A clear advantage is that you are not bound by the weather conditions of winter, but can pursue your favourite sport all year round, because the halls are subject to constant cold temperatures and the snow can be artificially produced at any time.
Disadvantage: The typical feeling could possibly suffer a little due to a lack of alpine views, and the slopes offer relatively little variety. However, beginners will always be satisfied before setting off for the Alps.
