Modernized infrastructure

In the Hochficht ski area, a lot of investments have been made in recent years to modernize the infrastructure. In addition to the 10-person gondola lift on the Reischlberg, the ski arena at the base station also offers all amenities. Here you will find the ticket offices, the ski school office, ski depots and a sports store with rental facilities. There are large, free parking lots at both entry points, Skiarena and Schwarzenberg.

The chairlifts may not be very modern anymore, but unlike in most low mountain ski areas, there are hardly any T-bar lifts to be found. Only on the short Rehberg slope are two anchor lifts left, which run side by side.

Ski tickets can now also be purchased in advance online. As an alternative to the ticket offices, there are ticket machines at the valley station where the key cards (deposit) can also be returned. There is free WLAN in the ski area.

Admittedly, the ski area is not so big that you could easily get lost. Nevertheless, the slopes here are very well signposted. Signposts or trail maps are posted at all junctions.
