    Party on in Kitzbühel

Après-ski fans certainly won’t be disappointed by Kitzbühel. There are plenty of umbrella bars dotted around the slopes, enticing skiers in for a break. At the umbrella bar on the Panorama Alm (no. 5), for instance, you cannot only enjoy a refreshing drink, but also stunning views of the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps. The Sonnalm (no. 4) next to the Hartkaser chairlift is another popular spot. Our tip: From 2:30 PM until 4 PM, happy hour means “drink two, pay one”. Party animals should not pass up the opportunity to visit the Schneebar Oberkaser (no. 59) on the Kaserpiste, as this is home to a legendary drink with the mysterious name W.B.F.Z.A.R. On Saturdays and Sundays, a DJ helps celebrate the weekend in style from 1 PM onwards at the Maierl-Alm (no. 27).

Plenty of action in the evening

One popular meeting place after the last run down the mountain is the Streifalm at the foot of the legendary run of the same name. From 3 PM onwards, visitors can look forward to wall-to-wall hits. The outdoor bar is another great option when the sun is shining. Not far from here in the Hahnenkamm Pavillon, DJ Hanno spins the discs from 2 PM onwards. The party goes on until 10 PM here. If you want to enjoy views over Kitzbühel at night, grab a drink in the KITZnBAR. Highways also regularly plays host to DJs and live music acts. The parties in Stamperl, Londoner and Club Take Five are also considered legendary locally. Given this vast choice of party venues both on the mountain and in town, Kitzbühel definitely deserves full marks in this category.

On the mountains après-ski was still relatively okay, if not exhilarating. In the valley, however, there was only a real après-ski bar. In the evening you only had the choice between a good pub and a disco that closed relatively early.

I would have expected a lot more from Kitzbühl. Only a real Apreski bar that is then totally overcrowded. In the evening you can only go in the londoner or if it is open at all in the Spoho Alm

Kitzbühel can have a groés offer of ski huts. Many of these are also located in Valley, so also in Kitzbühel and Kirchberg at all the lifts are available huts and umbrella bars, where the day of skiing can be ausgeklungen.

Insanely big, insanely many huts and insanely good mood
Not for nothing Kitzbühel has already made a good name for après ski. 42 huts on the slopes are certainly a reference. Since competition also affects prices, the price level in Kitzbühel is no h... Read complete review
