Beginners could possibly be overwhelmed by the size of the ski resort
In the beginners category the “Wilder Kaiser” receives absolute top marks. Baby lifts for absolute novices and 62 easy slopes are excellent beginners’ conditions. However the large size of the resort could make orienting difficult for inexperienced skiers. It is also not always possible to reach the base stations by only using the easy slopes. The base stations Hopfgarten and Brixen can only be accessed via intermediate and difficult runs. Therefore if one wants to explore the entire beautiful Wilder Kaiser resort one will have to master also intermediate trails. Especially nice beginners’ descents are the very long run from Zinsberg to Hochbrixen or the many easy slopes at Hartkaiser. We do advise beginners though to have a good look at the map before starting the ski day. Then winter fun is guaranteed!
