    Powder Trails at Stubnerkogel

    When snow conditions are good the area at the Stubnerkogel is just perfect for some off piste fun. There are also some ungroomed ski routes.

    In the Bad Hofgastein subarea, the high-altitude slopes at the Hohe Scharte (2,300m) are ideal for a short detour or two into the powder. The slopes around the Schlosshochalm lift (No. 9) are also popular with freeriders.

    There are a few routes. Sportgastein is but better! There are not so many routes but the ones that are there are nice.
