For refreshments, there are three mountain huts to choose from in Saas-Grund - Hohsaas. The Kreuzboden mountain restaurant is especially popular because of its convenient location for families and its large sun terrace with a view of the Mischabel group.
The view is probably only topped by the (somewhat smaller) sun terrace at the Hohsaas mountain restaurant, from which the Monte Rosa massif can be seen.
The Weissmieshütte of the SAC is located on the slope of the same name between Hohsaas and Kreuzboden.
Below the intermediate station Trift there is still the Café Triftalp. However, the rustic hut is not accessible via the slope, but only on foot for winter and snowshoe hikers.
