Long turns and high speeds make your heart beat faster? Then the skis in the Race GS category are the right ones for you. The giant slalom models belong to the premier league of skis and are therefore only suitable for experienced, sporty skiers. If you have the necessary amount of skill and stamina, you can experience a feeling of racing with them.
As every year, the new ski models for the 2023/2024 season were again tested in advance at the WorldSkitest. Here you can find out which ski won the race in 2023.
Racing feeling for the slopes
At this year's WorldSkitest, it was once again the turn of the giant slalom models in the race category. The racers are both visually and technically close to the professional models from the World Cup and are thus equipped with the latest technologies. Designed for a high speed, the GS models with their stability and smoothness provide a safe skiing experience. But watch out: These skis are not for beginners! If you have enough stamina and ability, however, you will have a lot of fun on the slopes and experience pure racing feeling.
The test results of this year's WorldSkitest show just how high the quality of race carvers is. No less than seven times they were awarded the grade "excellent". The race for victory in this category was accordingly close. With their "very good" rating, the other models also have nothing to hide.
