Ski arena Berwang – winter fun for the entire family!

Families with little aspiring winter athletes are welcomed with wide open arms at Berwang. Next to the B-Active Center at the Sun Jet lift you’ll find Bobo’s Kids’ Club, where kids can have lots of fun while learning to ski or snowboard at the resort. Outside of the club both the fun and the learning continue, with around 20 total kilometers of blue (easy) trails that give the little ones plenty of opportunities to practice their newly acquired moves. We found the best spots for your very first time on skis to be the blue slopes next to the (child-friendly) Egghof Sun Jet chairlift as well as the shorter trails next to the Brauni, Barenbad and Billig lifts.

If the little ones already have a bit more strength in their legs, it is also possible to ski down longer slopes. Suitable examples of this are the blue run next to the new Thaneller chairlift, which is also safe for children, or the easy ski run to the Almkopfbahn base station. Meanwhile, next to the Thaneller bottom station, there is a small practice area with a magic carpet that can be used even without a ski pass. Ideal for the very young who want to try out snow sports for the first time or use the small slope for a toboggan ride.

If you have had enough of skiing, you will also find an appealing social program off the slopes in Berwang. For example, an illuminated toboggan run, an ice skating rink in Bichlbach or many kilometers of winter hiking trails.
